Schedule,cost,quality three control measure of project management,especially in the engineering construction projects,the schedule management is the key to the success of the project.How to improve the project schedule management level,is a problem many enterprises facing to be solved urgently.The use of professional knowledge of project management theory and tools is the foundation of improve the level of the project schedule management,but in a large number of petroleum engineering construction projects,their application situation is not optimistic.A project is a jack-up drilling platform project,improve the capacity in the process of specific project management,the schedule management awareness is relatively weak,the method of management is relatively backward,system is not sound,lack of full-time schedule control.Because A project schedule management has certain problem,the basis of this leads to the chance of success is not very high.This paper conducted the research effectively solve the problem then has the extremely important practical significance.At first,this paper uses the critical path method and the method of network planning technique,to prepare A project schedule,and resources,optimizing the allocation of the project period and the optimization scheme of project schedule was revised,lays a foundation for the final project success;And then under the guidance of schedule control related theory,using the effective method,to A project implementation process control;And then using the S-Curve method to the project schedule of the joint inspection,and from schedule reached on A project progress dynamic management purpose.In A project schedule management in this paper,research practice,using the theories and methods of project management,combined with the use of project management software,can quickly obtain the construction project progress management requires large amounts of data.To help the managers to make decisions,to reduce the workload of the planning process,improve work efficiency,shortening the time limit for a project,finally got the optimized resource allocation.
