With the increase of power demand,hydropower station generating units are more and more,to maintain a stable and safe operation of the state is particularly important.Maintaining and guaranteeing the smooth and normal operation of the turbine is a more and more urgent problem to be solved,because the vibration will have a great impact on the smooth and normal operation of the turbine,and even affect the service life and increase the running cost.Therefore,it is very important to detect the vibration of hydraulic turbine in hydropower station.Vibration sensor as a part of vibration information collection,the performance of the merits of vibration monitoring system for the comprehensive performance plays a vital role.As the magnetostrictive material has good performance,the magnetostrictive effect is combined with the cantilever beam to prepare the magnetostrictive material cantilever,as a new vibration sensor information collection components,by comparing the existing vibration sensor,The sensor in theory with no external power supply,anti-interference ability,high sensitivity,small size and other advantages.The main contents of the work are as follows:First,the cantilever beam stress and strain analysis,analysis and comparison of different materials in the same condition with the flexural properties,so as to determine the applicable to the preparation of magnetostrictive cantilever beam.Second,Fabrication of magnetostrictive cantilever beam by using slice processing method,the process can be divided into two steps,which are respectively the smelting and casting alloy bar and the section bonding to make the cantilever beam.The magnetostrictive alloy rod experiment preparation,analysis on the fabrication of magnetostrictive material alloy research,explore the impact of different process conditions on the preparation of alloy;the preparation of magnetostrictive material alloy slice processing,production of magnetostrictive cantilever beam and analysis of impact factors.Third,analysis of induction voltage model,according to the need to build a test platform,measuring the deflection of cantilever beam under magnetic field;magnetic field analysis based on the experimental data of magnetostrictive coefficient in different size under the action of the calculation,and draw the curve.At the same time without considering the leakage magnetic interference factors,according to the linear relationship between the dynamic changes of the cantilever beam at the magnetic induction value will reach several T,calculation of induction voltage of magnetostrictive cantilever beam with known output can reach the sensor information collection requirements standard...
