According to the traditional power supply network cannot be directly for the wireless sensor,portable and other small-power electronic devices continue to self-supply,so the vibration-based power generation technology has been widespread concern.The traditional linear vibration generator is limited by a single natural frequency,and the power generation performance is low.In order to improve the power generation performance of the vibration generator,more scholars began to study the nonlinear vibration generator structure.At present,the bistable vibration power generation structure research is still in its infancy,so this article focuses on the bistable vibration generator in the research and development status quo.In this paper,a pair of non-linear magnetostrictive cantilever vibration generators has been established by adding a pair of permanent magnets with opposite polarities to the traditional magnetostrictive cantilever structure.Based on the linear constitutive equation of magnetostrictive material,the dynamics theory of Euler-Bernoulli beam and Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction,the magneto-electromechanical coupling dynamics of nonlinear magnetostrictive cantilever beam generator is deduced.model.The analytic expression of the magnetic force is deduced by the addition of the nonlinear magnetic force of the permanent magnet,and the correctness of the formula is verified.Then the distance between the magnets with bistable magnetostrictive vibration generator is obtained according to the nonlinear potential energy function.Secondly,through the numerical method,analysis of the magnetostrictive cantilever vibration generator nonlinear structure than the linear structure of power performance,and analyzed the influence of different excitation frequency and excitation amplitude and magnet spacing on the performance of the vibration generator structure.At last,the analytical solution of the vibration generator is solved by using the method of harmonic balance,and the influence of load resistance on the output power is analyzed.In summary,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the vibration power generation of bistable magnetostrictive cantilever beam from the aspects of numerical simulation and analytical method.The design of the cantilever beam magnetostrictive vibration generator,the overall performance prediction,Control and use of a large guiding role.
