The hydraulic unit is the core of hydroelectric power plants, and its stability is directly related to the safe operation of hydropower plants, the stability of the unit is mostly in the form of vibration manifested. At this stage, vibration monitoring system is mainly a variety of sensors, signal conditioning circuitry, signal analysis and processing and other components. Sensor as a tool for signal acquisition, if they can improve the reliability and stability of the collected data is have great significance to improve the overall performance of vibration monitoring system. As the same time, the magnetostrictive material due to its excellent performance in the field of sensors attracted wide attention, this paper based on this proposes a new kind of sensor; the main content of work as follows:1 、 Comprehensive comparison of different types of magnetostrictive material, determine the appropriate vibration detection magnetostrictive alloy material; For single cantilever static stress analysis to calculate the stress and strain relations; According to the magnetostrictive film double cantilever bending model for film cantilever stress and strain analysis, Calculate the flexural properties of different materials in the same condition magnetostrictive properties.2、Using the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench for film cantilever modal analysis and harmonic response analysis; Obtain different orders of natural frequencies and mode shapes based on modal analysis; Determining cantilever coil winding way and the winding position based on harmonic response analysis of the stress distribution.3 、 Analysis prepared magnetostrictive film cantilever method; Study on films cantilever preparation process, to explore the effects of different process parameters on the deposition rate and film properties;Research shows: Preparation process parameters perfect film by magnetron sputtering for power 100 W, working pressure 0.4 Pa; and in this process of sputtering rate is 0.013 ?m/ min.4、Computing magnetostrictive film cantilever induced voltage model, Design and formed a film cantilever detection platform, Drawn the Fe81Ga19 alloy magnetostrictive coefficient with the magnetic field strength curve; According to curve calculated in the outside film cantilever excitation output voltage.
