Recently, air pollution becomes a serious problem to which Chinese Government take many efforts to deal with. The discharged gases from coal burning boiler and heavy oil boiler are the main reasons of air pollution. In order to improve the environmental condition, clean energy resource is recommend to use in combustion equipments to eliminate coal and heavy oil.The distributed energy supply system of combined heating and power(CHP) is substituted for coal and heavy oil boiler because of its high utilization efficiency, which has advantages not only in clean energy replacement but also in pollutant reducing. The feasibility of distributed energy supply system of CHP substituted for industrial coal burning boiler and heavy oil boiler is investigated. Based on this, various styles of replacement are analyzed in order to present an appropriate system for Shanghai government. And the obtained results are used to carry out the clean energy replacement of coal burning boiler for a plant in Shanghai. The blue print of replacement is designed and the energy efficiency, pollutant emission and economy are computed with the present models.It is obtained that distributed energy supply of CHP has better properties in energy efficiency, pollutant emission and economy than that of coal burning boiler. |
