Validity Evaluation Of Cargo Securing Plan For The Deck Carrier

Deck carrier is a new ship type which is built to meet the transportation requirement of large industrial components,vehicles and irregular mechanical equipment.The cargo of deck carrier stowage on deck,cargo's nature is high center of gravity,large wind area and large mass.It sets higher requirement for cargo securing plan and validity evaluation.However,there are few studies of cargo securing plan and validity evaluation based on this ship type at present.Therefore,the research will aim at cargo securing plan and validity evaluation,details as follow:Breakthrough point is deck carrier's ship characteristic,the study focus on the cargo characteristic and cargo requirement for fastening device.The study summarize the common welding methods of securing device,and the method for obtaining the safety load of the securing device according to the welding method and type of welding seam.Based on the characteristic of cargo which stowage on deck carrier,the study concentrate on the securing validity evaluation.Firstly,the research compare different external force calculation methods,summarize the reliable calculation methods for deck carrier.Then the study focus on different securing devices and the calculation methods of rigid binding force.Based on relevant norms and production practice,the paper propose a binding calculation model using rigid equipment.Based on the summary of the calculation model of external force and the rigid binding force calculation model,Using C#programming language to compile validity checking system of secured cargo which stowage on deck carrier,The system can realize the primary design of the securing plan and the function of effectiveness judging.The system is easy to be operated,visual friendly,and practical.The research results of this paper have certain directive significance to the design of securing plan and the judgment of secure validity.It has a certain cushion for the next step in the study of the safe transport of the deck carrier.It also provides a technical basis for breaking the situation of deck carrier securing plan monopoly.
