Study On The Calculation Of Vehicle Securing And The Realization Of Checking System

With the gradual increase of automobile trade volume,the automobile shipping market has also sustained to develop.As the most important means of car transportation,PCC/PCTC has frequently encountered accidents in recent years.According to statistical analysis,the movement of goods caused by poor securing is one of the important causes of accidents.In order to ensure the safety of vehicle transportation and avoid great casualties and property losses,it is necessary to study the problem of checking about securing of vehicle on PCC/PCTC.At present,there is no uniform regulation about checking of the securing scheme of automobile vehicle on PCC/PCTC in the world.China's "Technical Regulations for Statutory Survey of Domestic Navigation Seagoing Ships" only applies to ro-ro ships that are used for domestic maritime navigation.Based on the ship's seakeeping principle,this paper derives the formula for calculating the inertial force caused by the ship's swaying through analyzing the ship's motion.In the derivation process,assuming that roll,pitch and heave occur simultaneously,the formulas of car's acceleration from the lateral,longitudinal and vertical directions can be obtained in the most dangerous state.On the basis of flexible securing,the calculation formulas of binding force and restraining torque are summarized.It can be checked whether the securing requirements are met from the possibility of lateral movement,longitudinal movement and lateral overturning for the vehicle.In the study of accounting methods,this paper comprehensively considers the various situations of the vehicle's longitudinal,lateral stowage on the deck and stowage on the ramp.On the basis of the establishment of the vehicle securing check model,the C#language was used to establish a "checking of car securing on the PCC/PCTC" system on the platform of Microsoft Visual Studio.The system was approved by using real ship data for verification.The research results of this paper provide a calculation basis for the check of vehicle securing on the PCC/PCTC for ocean going,and provide guidance and guarantee for the safe transportation of the marine vehicles.
