The Research Of Index System Of Urban Regulatory Detailed Planning Under The Perspective Of Sponge Urban Construction

With the process of the modernization of cities,urban land development and serious damage to the original ecological system,which brings a series of urban ecological problems.Among them,urban water ecological problem is in the biggest influence,which cases urban flood,drought,water shortage and water pollution,habit destruction and other issues.So the construction of Sponge city,building sponge which can protect and repair the urban ecosystem,cause social people from all walks of life’s common concern.As the pilot of low impact development and sponge city,optimizing the urban land sue structure is the key of the construction and development of the sponge city.The purpose of this paper is to study the sponge urban construction content how to implement in the index system of regulatory detailed planning,becoming a prat of the statutory planning for the construction of the sponge city has an energetic significance.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the results of previous studies,with sponge city as the breakthrough point,by building the index system of regulatory detailed planning under the perspective of sponge urban construction,put forward the key problem to be solved inregulatory level,suing hierarchical analysis,expert consultation,public interview research and other methods,clearing at all levels index and control category,building the index system,which can be quantified and operational,in order to guide the planning and construction of sponge urban.Then based on 400 questionnaires survey data of Jiaxing and Hangzhouin in 2015,to perfect the index system.Finally,the control unit of 1-22 of regulatory detailed planning in Jiaxing as an example,put forward the concept,method,and results expression of regulatory detailed planning,further verify the scientific and comprehensive of above index system;To implement step by step the construction requirements of the construction demonstration area of sponge city in Jiaxing,embody the construction of the sponge city in the control unit of 1-22 of regulatory detailed planning,and present achievements in the form of drawing.At the same time,put forward measures and strategies of implement of regulatory detailed planning to promote the construction of sponge urban.And put forward prospect for future research,provide reference ideas for the construction of sponge urban in the future.
