Nowadays,mixed-model production has become the main production mode of manufacturing enterprises with multiple varieties and small batch,there is a higher requirement for material delivery as the takt time during refrigerator mixed-model assembly process has become increasingly faster.The unreasonable material assembly and disordered distribution route has resulting in a series of material problems such as materials accumulation or material shortage.In order to solve these problems,this paper researched the material delivery method of refrigerator mixed-model assembly process.This article mainly includes the analysis of material delivery characteristic during refrigerator mixed-model assembly process,the material delivery route planning,the construction of IoT(Internet of Things)environment of assembly line,the design of material delivery monitoring system.(1)Based on analyzing the characteristic of mixed-model assembly and material delivery,the characteristic of refrigerator mixed-model assembly and the problems existing in material deliver are illustrated.Taken key component of distribution center as research object,the main content of the study is to improve the information degree of material delivery and plan the material delivery route reasonably.(2)The concept of joint distribution oriented to workstation group is introduced,which has change the thinking of the traditional distribution mode.This concept groups material delivery into two stages,they are initial material delivery and process material delivery.And the material quantity demanded and time demanded of workstation group is designed respectively.Then,the problem of logistics planning during process material delivery is studied.Considering the uncertainty of material requirement time and satisfaction of each workstation group,under the constraint of fuzzy soft time windows,the distribution route model is established with the target of minimum delivery costs,maximum vehicle carrier loading rate,and minimum vehicle number.The optimization problem with multi-objective is transformed into single object optimization problem by weighting method.Finally,the model proposed is solved by cuckoo search algorithm.(3)Take the material delivery of refrigerator factory as application example,the feasibility of the method is verified.Firstly,the mixed-model assembly line is divided into workstation groups.Secondly,annular online method of materials is designed.Finally,the reasonability of the model and algorithm is verified by making a comparison between manual planning route and algorithm planning route.(4)Aiming at the information requirement of material delivery of refrigerator mixed-model assembly line,the monitoring and controlling platform of assembly line is constructed.And the prototype system is developed.From theoretical research to practical problem analysis,this paper solves the inefficiency problem of material delivery on refrigerator manufacturing.It provides theoretical reference on material delivery research on household appliance industry.The practical application of the distribution system and the promotion of material delivery optimization during whole assembly shop would be studied in subsequent research.
