with the example of CW company refrigerator mixed flow assembly shop dynamic scheduling,the complex process constraints of refrigerator assembly and the production Information transfer between process is not smooth,information feedback is not real time,leading to dynamic scheduling more difficult,when disturbance events in the production site of workshop happened,As to the late arrival of material,machine malfunction,etc.,making it harder for dynamic scheduling.To solve above problems,carries out The Research On The Dynamic Scheduling Problem Of Refrigerator Mixed-model Assembly Shop Under the environment of IOT.Paper specific research work as follows:(1)With the company refrigerator mixed flow assembly workshop as the research object,analyzes the product assembly process,and puts forward the problems existing in the workshop.On this basis,studied in the overall framework the shop scheduling system Under the environment of IOT,and builds a practical solution.(2)With the production situation of the company,the pre-scheduling model was presented based on two objectives: the minimize of the total variation in parts consumption and the shortest production cycle scheduling to deal with multi-objective problem,this paper designs a new kind of hybrid cuckoo search algorithm.Through the design of experiment that Compared with the NSGA-II algorithm verify the validity of the algorithm.(3)Describe the dynamic scheduling problem of workshop,in order to solve the disturbance in the workshop,the paper built a closed-loop dynamic scheduling system of the mixed flow assembly shop Under the environment of IOT,and built the re-scheduling model.To solve the scheduling problems,the paper based on driven event and periodic hybrid scheduling policy,the design based on rolling windows technology and the hybrid cuckoo search algorithm(4)According to the actual data of the parts of different models of the refrigerator,the paper verify the pre-scheduling model and the re-scheduling model and hybrid cuckoo search algorithm and to solve multi-objective model by using MATLAB computing platform.
