The filling and weighing equipment of dynamic quantitative liquid is an automatic device which is assemble with automatic control,electronic scale,sensor and other technologies.This kind of equipment is well integrated into the social production and life,and is widely used in every walk of life.On this basis,it is decide to use STM32 chip control technology to develop a set of quantitative weighing and filling system.This research project is an enterprise technology development project,which aims to develop a set of quantitative automatic weighing and quantitative filling system for dynamic liquid.Based on the requirement of the equipment realized by the enterprise,the relevant knowledge of dynamic liquid quantitative filling is studied.In this thesis,the series chips of STM32 were studied deeply,which was determined as the main control chip of the filling system.Based on the full analysis of the project realization,the reseach works on this paper focus on the overall design of the control system,the design of each part of the circuit by modules,and the testing of system performance by building up the physical prototype experimental platform.In physical testing,the parameters are constantly adjusted,the software program is constantly modified,and filling accuracy and effiency are improved.Among them,the control valve of filling is different from the existing one,but the 4421 valve,which is according to the proportion of regulation.Compared to the proportion valve of 8421,the rapid and accurate control of filling weigh is better achieved by 4421 valve in actual use.After comparing the model simulation of PID control and Fuzzy control,a quantitative filling based on proportional control is finally decided to adopt.Proportional control is a kind of control method based on Fuzzy theory.The proportional valve is used to control the filling process directly.and the model simulation and the physical object have achieved satisfactory result.
