Research On Vibration Detection And Analysis Method Of Elevator Fault

With the rapid development of the real estate market in recent years,the rapid growth of the elevator,it has become an indispensable vertical transport in people's lives,and even can be said to be closely related to people's livelihood.Whenever there is an elevator accident and reported,the use of elevator safety will become a hot spot of society,causing great concern.Although the fault does not necessarily lead to accidents,but the accident is often caused by the fault,so how to diagnose the elevator fault,early failure,eliminate the hidden dangers of the accident is very practical significance.In this paper,the elevator vibration as the research object,EVA-625 as a means of testing,summed up many years of front-line inspection work experience,put forward closer to the actual work of the elevator fault diagnosis method.The main contents are as follows(1)introduce the basic structure and driving principle of elevator,and analyze the mechanism of elevator fault vibration based on the basic structure of elevator,as well as the characteristics of various vibration.(2)introduce EVA-625 in detail.The basic functions and operation methods are introduced briefly.The use of the analysis software is introduced in detail,and its application in the elevator vibration detection is analyzed emphatically.(3)EVA-625 was applied to examine several typical fault vibration encountered in the test work,a variety of elevator vibration signal collected and analyzed by corresponding analysis software and the vibration signal waveform,the reasons and positions of the vibration waveform judgment mechanism and vibration signal with vibration fault of the elevator.To verify the implementation of fault diagnosis of vibration.(4)Aiming at the shortage of EVA-625 in vibration analysis,and do some exploratory analysis and processing of elevator vibration signal,select the simulation guide shoe is easy to realize the fault detection,the vibration signal,and using wavelet packet analysis method,the signals collected are processed and analyzed,arrival at a conclusion.
