Shock damper is used as the vibration damper of vehicle suspension system and its noise and vibration reduce the comfort of the vehicle.This topic is based on the analysis of the causes of the abnormal noise and the research on the control strategy of a certain type of automobile suspension shock absorber,and the following work has been done in detail:(1)The vehicle road test of the several shock absorber samples were completed,combined with the subjective evaluation and objective test results,the fact was cleared the car bumps in the 0.12m/s or 0.15m/s,coasting with the vibration frequency of the sinusoidal excitation 10 Hz.RMS value of 200-400 Hz of Shock absorber rod end acceleration was as the quantitative criterion of measuring the shock absorber whether the abnormal noise,and the RMS of car interior noise 200-400 Hz can be used as auxiliary criterion.(2)The damper test of the several shock absorber samples were completed,found that when the shock absorber application acceleration is 0.12m/s or 0.15m/s,the vibration frequency of the sinusoidal excitation 10 Hz,the peak frequency of damper test bench and vehicle test showed that the peak frequency values close,according to the damper test bench.The shock absorber rod end RMS vibration acceleration signal in the energy value of 200-400 Hz,to judge if there is noise in the test(3)The shock absorber parts of modal analysis,found the shock absorber piston rod assembly,there are(270Hz~300Hz)vibration mode,and low speed bumps close to the road excitation frequency.It’s mainly caused by the shock absorber noise.(4)From the modal and external excitation,some methods for reducing the noise of shock absorber are put forward,and application of the simulation model on the part of methods are analyzed,found that improving damper connection stiffness and damping rubber damping pad,can inhibit the road excitation and change the modal damper piston rod the components.It effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of shock absorber noise.Shock absorber abnormal noise causes is very complex,involving gas,liquid and solid many coupling effects,specific control measures are still researched,this topic on the whole set of ideas of the shock absorber abnormal noise test,evaluation,causes and treatment can provide a certain reference value for engineering applications.
