Urbanization in the ever-changing,the project of reconstruction and expansion is also increasing constantly.Therefore,producing a large amount of construction waste,for this type of construction waste in the past,using the rough treatment of the landfill,there are two main disadvantages of this approach.First of all,the landfill occupied the precious land resources.Second,the environment of the landfill has been destroyed.Stone resources are unevenly distributed in China,stone's output occupies a lot of transportation resources.Construction waste crushing recycled for road base is the proper solution to the current situation Considering the processing of construction waste and use,from the source and the ouput of two aspects to properly solve pollution caused by construction waste to the city.This project from the recycled aggregate of Suzhou as the research object,first of all,from the basic properties and microstructure of the recycled aggregate,and then follow the feeding time basis from contrasting the different batches of recycled aggregate performance and internal differences.Secondly,in as much as possible,improve the recycled aggregate consumption and satisfy current codes,design two mix ratios.Three cement contents were selected for the three mix ratios,carry out compaction test,according to the test result analysis to determine the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content,as well as the change rule of the maximum dry density and moisture content of real generalizations.On the basis of this,7 days unconfined compression test and splitting tensile test were carried out to evaluate the road performance of recycled aggregates.At last,the ratio of tensile and compression was analyzed to determine the cement addition.According to the cement content of the shrinkage test,the use of recycled aggregate for the durability of the road base for the test and summary.Results show that the differences between the recycled aggregate and natural aggregate mainly reflects in the water absorption;Recycled aggregates(10 mm ~ 26.5 mm)of discreteness reflected in particle size distribution;Recycled aggregates(5 mm to 10 mm)composition has certain discreteness.In the actual project can be on the 16 mm ~ 19 mm file aggregate control sampling gradation curve.Water blending rate must be strictly controlled at the same time,to ensure that the maximum dry density.Recycled aggregates content at 38% showed better mechanical properties than natural aggregate gradation,cement content 5% can ensure three gradation unconfined compressive strength can satisfy the requirements of the standard grading.In the aspect of drying shrinkage,mixed with recycled aggregates early drying shrinkage and water loss,proposal to extend the time of maintenance,reduce shrinkage.It is feasible to use the recycled aggregate in the high standard road under the guidance of appropriate mix proportion and construction technique.recycled aggregates can meet the using demand of the current specification for road base.
