The advent of “Internet Plus” information era speeds up the diversity and openness of online tourism products and changes people's living behaviors and ways.The continual update of information promotes the evolution of semiosis.From the pictographs of Egypt to Roman letters,from the computer command characters to the information visualization,semiosis can not only help us acquire and transmit information,but also shorten the communication distances between different people,people and system and people and network.However,the appearance of online tourism products and the large amount of information semiosis increases the understanding burden and operation difficulty of users to a certain extent.Starting from the presentation layer and content layer of the semiosis,the thesis constructs the online tourism product experience model based on semiosis,expecting to reduce the cognition burden of users and enhance the product experience quality and user satisfaction.In view of the problem,the thesis proposes the semiosis-based online tourism product experience model from the presentation layer and content layer of semiosis.Firstly,it starts from the theoretical research on semiotics theory and discusses the evolution process of semiotics,then analyzes the value connotation of semiosis,the cognition of semiosis and means of presentation,and proposes the definition of semiosis in interaction design,i.e.semiosis is a kind of contact media for the communication between users and system,with representation and content.The representation of semiosis is the conceivable external form and the content of semiosis is the inherent meaning connected by the external forms.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the semiosis in tourism products from two dimensions,i.e.the representation and content of online tourism products;then,combining the knowledge theories of psychology,cognitive psychology and cognitive task analysis method,it makes in-depth analysis to the user behaviors and further elaborates the structural relationship between the semiosis in online tourism products and user interaction behaviors.Thirdly,combining the researches relevant with user analysis and semiotics cognition and expression,the thesis discusses the design strategies from four aspects,i.e.character semantic description,semiosis figure processing,semiosis layout performance and the information architecture of content,and then constructs the online tourism product experience model based on semiosis,thus offering design method model for the design practice of online tourism products.At last,with the semiosis-based online tourism product experience model,the thesis makes application practice of design model for the hotel order transfer platform,and verifies the feasibility of the model design.The theoretical research and design practice meanings of the thesis are as follows: make semiosis permeate into interaction design from the perspectives of semiotics and design,and propose the action and significance of semiosis in interaction design,i.e.semiosis is a kind of contact media for the communication between users and system communication,with representation and content;combining the cognitive psychology and user analysis method,it studies the semiosis in online tourism products and the user behaviors,and constructs the semiosis-based online tourism product experience model,thus offering method reference for the design application of online tourism products.
