Overhaul a department of Chengdu Guoying Jinjiang machine factory mainly engaged in TB series and the BK type of aero engine after commissioning inspection work,along with our army's helicopter out of increasing,the number of aero engine overhaul is also increased significantly,commissioning and testing work of the aero engine task is gradually increased.In order to meet the test of series TB and BK engine,our factory build a new test bench of BK aero engine in 2012.Which is self-development,,belong to the first BK aero engine test bench in China,has been put into use for more than 2 years.The new and old two bench does not currently meet the test bench the production task needs,in order to improve the production capacity,in reference to the new BK engine test bench construction experience,our factory plans to the old TB series engine test bench for transformation,the transformation of the test bench can meet the test series TB3 and BK engine models.The aero engine test bench construction as the foundation,relying on the development of embedded computer technology,combined with modern distributed control technology,digital signal processing and virtual instrument with traditional software technology,efficient and easy to use at the same time,also has a flexible configuration control system,many kinds of algorithms,powerful,massive information storage in the database and etc.the algorithm test bench control system under the support of the factories of the future can form engine expert system,tracking all the engine test data generation,data mining analysis,which is of great significance to the engine life and overhaul.The main research work is the design and implementation of test part of the computer test and control system,,complete equipment and engine vibration,pressure,temperature,engine intake volume,power,speed acquisition,calculation.Record,display and analysis of engine performance.The test and control system based on distributed technology,measurement hardware mainly by National Instruments(NI)compact RIO(cRIO)framework,the hardware mainly includes: embedded RT controller,FPGA data transmission mechanism underlying Embedded Reconfigurable FPGA chassis and data acquisitionand control module of I/O.Compact RIO,the the data to the embedded RT processor for analysis,data processing,data recording and host or network communication.
