Abstract/Summary:
Vehicle engine is one of the most important part of a vehicle. The technology of engine research and development in china is fall behind with other foreign countries. In that situation, engine testing technology is one of the few options that we can choose to improve the performance of vehicle engine.As foreign technology is far beyond us, so we have to import many equipments which are with high price. Even though, we still can’t figure out the technology which can help us a lot. Through the way of joint venture, still didn’t make much imrovement of advanced technology in vehicle. It seems that the only way we can make big different in vehicle technology is that find our own way to do the research and development.This thesis is base on a project of enterprise, first analyse the engine testing technology of China and other countries, and then put forward a test and control system of a car engine test Bench. From the aspect of hardware, includes the general layout,, main equipment and hardware selection, structure principle, communication protocol, installation and connection, and so on; the software part includes system settings module, parameter definition module, remote control module, real-time monitoring, the main interface of control and test, data processing module, alarm processing module, curve drawing module, and so on. Secondly, based on the establishment of simplified model of the vibration isolation foundation, the effect of of three kinds of isolation scheme were analyzed and compared.Based on the The comparison results, the form of isolation was decided. After the engineering design, calculation and checking were made, the results show that the engineering meets the requirements. Finally, after the completion of the system set up, based on the pass of the preliminary calibration, validate the performance of a engine which parameter is already known. The results showed that the error of measured parameters is in an acceptable range, which verify the whole system meets the design requirements. The system can be put into use.The actual implementation and test results of this thesis shows that the overall scheme of the test and control system, the hardware selection and layout, and the software module integration method are Universal, and can be applied in practical engineering projects.
