With the development of PLC technology, PLC in addition to the traditional field of sequence control are widely used, in process control, motion control, network control and other fields has also been applied. The rational use of PLC can control the entire control system more accurate, reflecting the faster, more powerful system stability.Aeroengine test bench is Aeroengine comprehensive testing facilities important for engine performance analysis, the monitoring of many parameters, widely distributed, complex control systems, high reliability.This article studied and desiged a set to use Simens S7-400H redundancy PLC to carry on the effective. For aeroengine test bench control requirements, the use of industrial ethernet and fieldbus equipment to it's dispersion and parameters for effective control and measurement, and for the system configuration of the network design, hardware selection, software design exposition.Measurement of PLC-based control system would effectively guarantee the reliability of the engine test, the test efficiency and improve the test quality. |
