| Growing consumption of fossil fuels makes people more and more attention on the development and application of new energy sources. Wind and solar energy are new types of energy which are abundant and no pollution, it has a very broad application prospects when use them to generate electricity. However, wind and solar energy has a strong random volatility leads to that used alone solar or wind power generation are difficult to ensure the stability of supply. The wind and solar of complement generation system makes up this shortcoming and provides a relatively stable power to the load. This system consists of photovoltaic cell, wind power generation unit and an energy storage unit. It is a good choice to combining these two kinds of energy in the optimal scheduling model. However, it is necessary to reasonable configure the number of units in order to improve the efficiency of the generating system of complementary wind and solar energy. Therefore, a reasonable match the respective generation units is becoming more and more important.This paper studies the generating system of complementary wind and solar energy, analysis the correlation between wind and solar, collects relevant data and completes the optimal configuration of the generating system of complementary wind and solar energy. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper introduces the composition and operation principle of the generating system of complementary wind and solar energy.Secondly, this paper analyzes the correlation between wind and solar generation power. It uses the least square method to calculate the probability density function of wind power and uses the mean and variance estimation method to calculate the probability density function of the solar power. Then it uses copulas function to calculate the joint probability density of wind and solar power.Thirdly, it constructs the mathematical models of wind power, solar power and battery and sets up the optimization model which uses the system construction costs as the goal and the load loss of power as the main constraint.Finally, this paper uses the Genetic algorithm (GA) to optimize and solve the completed system. By an example to validate proposed optimal allocation method, the simulation results show that the optimization results can reduce the cost of power operation in the premise of meet the load demand. Therefore, the proposed method can achieve the optimal configuration of the generating system of complementary wind and solar energy. |
