In the domestic industry,the transport of materials is usually done by artificial.With increasingly high requirements of material transport time and work efficiency from the modern enterprise,intelligent AGV car replacing the artificial to achieve intelligent transportation has become an inevitable trend.However,due to the different work environment of enterprises,the requirements for AGV car features,parameters,precision vary.Therefore,enterprises are urgent to develop AGV car to match their needs.This thesis firstly introduces the present situation,development trend and existing problems of material transportation system of domestic enterprises.It focuses on how to realize the design of AGV car to meet the needs of enterprises.Secondly,according to the demand of intelligent transportation,this thesis puts forward the guidance scheme of analog AGV car suitable for the enterprise,identifies the parameters of the simulation car,and finishes the body structure design of the car system,circuit design and other hardware circuit design.The whole system adopts STC89C51 processor as the main controller and keil c51 as the software development platform.The C language is used to complete the software programming of the car road information recognition,obstacle identification,PWM wave control,liquid crystal display control and speed detection control.As the differential control car on both sides of the left and right sides of the motor cannot be exactly the same as car in a straight line-prone S-shaped problem.In this thesis,by installing the rotary encoder on the two sides of the car,combined with the deviation accumulation algorithm,the vehicle can correct the deviation in time and effectively solve the application problem of the intelligent AGV trolley in the course of the straight path.The actual commissioning results of the intelligent AGV car show that the car runs smoothly,the hunt capability is strong and the braking precision is accurate,which can fully meet the requirements of the intelligent AGV transport car in the scheduled rail line.
