Design Of Intelligent Curtain System Based On Fuzzy Control Algorithm

Since the great development time of electronic information technology after the eighties of the 20 th century,the earliest electronic furniture appeared in the world.Follow the human's breakthrough in intelligent control algorithms and electronic technology in 21 st century,intial based on analog components of electronic furniture are gradually replaced by intelligent furniture.Today,the study of smart home is considered one of the great directions for the future improvement of human quality of life.And curtains as part of the smart home,plays a very important role in the entire smart home system.This paper design a curtain intelligent controller based on fuzzy control algorithm in detail,which including hardware design,software design,control algorithm design and controller test platform.Firstly,it introduces the domestic and foreign research background and research status of intelligent home system and intelligent controller,as well as the innovation and difficulty of this design.Secondly,this paper put forward the general design of the curtain intelligent controller and the analysis of key technical which involved in the design process of the controller.Thirdly,it design the hardware part of the core circuit and the peripheral function circuit of the curtain intelligent controller.The hardware design is mainly introduces the STM32F103RBT6 master chip selection and the core circuit module,the light intensity signal acquisition module,the displacement signal acquisition module,the infrared module,the Bluetooth Module,LCD display module,curtain open / close drive control interface module.Fourthly,it design the software part of the core circuit and peripheral function circuit of the curtain intelligent controller as well as the fuzzy control algorithm that embedded in the master chip are introduced.The software design is mainly introduces the clock module,interface module,light intensity signal acquisition module,displacement signal acquisition module,infrared module,Bluetooth module,LCD display module,curtain open / close drive control interface module.The design of the control algorithm is mainly introduces the fuzzy system control model,the design of the fuzzy PID controller,the input and output of the fuzzy controller,the establishment of the fuzzy control rule table and the realization of the fuzzy control algorithm.Fifthly,it mainly build the construction of the test platform of the curtain intelligent controller,and the analysis of the control precision by the test platform.Sixthly,it summed up the curtains intelligent controller from hardware and software design to test platform structures,and look ahead the future development of such products.
