System Design Of Testing Device Of Elevator Brake Type

This subject comes from the project of "the performance and test method of elevator brake",which is suitable for all kinds of civil elevator.A special equipment for the safety performance testing of the elevator brake can be used to quantitatively analyze the relevant performance parameters of the elevator brake and to gradually establish and perfect the detection and evaluation of the safety performance of the elevator brake to avoid the failure of the elevator brake.Into the market,resulting in elevator accidents.The purpose of this paper is to research and design the elevator brake performance testing machine.The main contents are as follows:1)Research the structure and working principle of the whole machine and the brake,research the test method and equipment(test tower)of the elevator brake,analyze the existing problems(huge structure and difficulty in assembly),and propose a new type of brake detection method,For the elevator certification bodies and various manufacturers to provide a unified means of detection.2)The working force of the elevator brake is analyzed,the brake test condition and the dynamic model under the condition are established,and the main parameters of the brake torque as the target,the dynamic model is validated,Which will lay a foundation for the development of simulation test machine for the performance of elevator brake.3)According to the test methods and test requirements,two different mechanical structure of the design of the test machine design(coupling and belt drive),through comparative analysis to finalize the horizontal(coupling drive)test machine program,And selected the various components,and for the main components(reducer and universal coupling)of the mechanical check to ensure its effective.4)According to the test requirements,the type of drive motor selection,capacity selection;brake solenoid drive power design;DC motor drive system design,test system software design.Developed a test machine testing system,and verify the effectiveness of equipment.
