The elevator is one kind of tools which are closely related to people’s lives,and it also has some hidden danger.With the rapid growth number of elevators,the problems of supervising old elevator performance are becoming increasingly serious.Safety use of old elevator is closely related with daily life.It also needs latest safety concepts and evaluating ways when new technology comes out.It has been played an important role to enhance production efficiency in the development of new technologies or optimized use of the elevator and the safety supervision of special equipment.Detailed study of the subject is suitable for elevator inspection department,which can carry out the old elevator safety assessment model of electrical and mechanical systems.After in-depth analysis of electrical and mechanical system risk features of the old elevator,through Accident tree analysis method,this paper studies various dangerous plots and the features which effects the electrical and mechanical system security of the old elevator,giving structural analysis of the causes of the risks of the electrical and mechanical system of the elevator,making the criticality criteria of the electrical and mechanical systems or components as assessment of risk severity judgment basis,studying intensively the impact of security states of spare parts or subsystem on the safe operation of the old elevator.At the same time,compined with progressive level structure characteristic of the elevator system,this paper establishes a quantitative safety analysis method of the ectrical and mechanical system by multi-level fuzzy algorithm.By using compare method and introducing the consistency judgement index,this paper proposes a safety accessment facor weight calculation method of the system and then calculates the security status by Fuzzy weighted linear algorithms,which has intuitive appeal to the security status of the old elevator system.Based on this above,this paper carries out security assessment on several old elevators in wujiang have been evaluated by using Fault tree qualitative analysis method and security accessment method of the electrical and mechanical system of the old elevator based on multiple quantitative fuzzy algorithm.At the same time,practical experience has been digitalized and theorized by case statistics check,status of old elevator safety system can be inspected by test cases,numrous visits,data search,data analysis and the case defects and failure mode has been analyzed systematically,truly reflecting the status of the old system and madding foundation of accurate accessment.The practice shows that the accessment mode adopted by this paper is clear,reasonable and easy to put into effect,can be used effectively to direct the security assessement of the old elevator system and has good social benefit.
