Study On The Green Construction Evaluation System Of Construction Project

With development in global economy, the construction industry is showing booming trend. As one of China's pillar industries, the construction industry has made outstanding contribution to China's economic development, but at the same time has consumed a lot of resources and energy, exerting negative effects on the environment. Therefore, compared with other industries, the construction industry needs to take more responsibility in environmental protection.Based on this background, the construction industry should promote sustainable development without delay, to achieve which an entire process of strict construction project management must be implemented with strategic concept.Among all phases of a construction project, construction is the most important aspect that links and contacts surrounding environment, and the key to realize sustainable development. The concept of green construction is derived from this process, and the core of the concept is harmony between the environment and low energy-consuming construction process through efficient use of construction-related resources. Therefore, the green concept o sustainable development in construction phase lies in implementation of green construction, during which a scientific and feasible evaluation system could greatly promote the development of green construction, and gradually standardize the technical process of green construction.This paper is focuses on establishment and improving of the evaluation system of green construction. Based on the actual development of China's construction industry, the research takes advanced foreign experience in green building evaluation system, and establishes a set of relatively complete and practical value system for green architecture, in order to delineate the level of construction works and promote the progress of green construction in China.The key points of this research are as follow:(1) On the basis of the practice of green construction, the concept, content of sustainable development and the comprehensive evaluation system, the paper will outline the core system of green construction, namely green construction management and "a green four sections"(energy consuming, land consuming, water consuming, material consuming and environmental friendly). An in-depth analysis on each aspect is also included.(2) From the development, core concept and evaluation results of green building rating system in both home and abroad, a systematic analysis is made on the "non-green" factors during construction process. Integrating the special features and regulations in China's construction industry, the study will build a complete evaluation system of green construction.(3) Since the process of green construction involves a number of and factors and concerns complicated evaluation systems, the evaluation system of green construction itself is also a more integrated one. This paper will make a research on the index system and relevant models, and conduct an application study based on a model study of Block B of Jinji Community, so as to verify the reasonability and application capabilities of the index system in this research.
