Research On The Influence Of Construction Organization Design On Steel Structure Project's Cost

With the rapid development of China's economy,the construction industry,as China's essential industry, has also developed quickly. The rapid development of the industry and the competition between enterprises will inevitably bring about the reformation of technology, the innovation of management theory and the decline of industry profits. As a recognized green construction product, steel structure will be one of the important architectural forms in China. The construction enterprises only focus on the cost management and control without considering the impact of the construction organization plan on the project cost during the construction process of steel structure project.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research on the impact of construction organization plan on project cost, through expatiating related concept of the concept and characteristics of steel structure, construction organization design, the classification and composition of project cost, this paper aims at probing the interrelationship between the construction organization design and project cost of steel structure project, analyzing the influences of project cost, such as construction preparation, construction layout, general construction schedule, construction plan, construction resources requirement, annual investment plan and economic and technical management measures. This paper puts forward a method to optimize the construction organization design and reduce the cost of the project from the optimization of construction plan, layout, general construction schedule and resource demand plan. According to the characteristics of the steel structure project, the paper put forward the preferential principle and process of the construction scheme of steel structure project and the method of comparing the construction plan based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Combined with the practical steel structure project case, the thesis analyzes the plans of construction organization design, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the different plans, and finding the best construction organization design of steel structure project. Finally, the paper summarized the main achievements of this paper and the problems that need to be studied in the future.
