Tudy On Wetland System Planning In Chang'an District Of Xi'an

Wetland is an important resource for sustainable development of society, and the protection of wetland is paid more and more attention. The Convention on Wetlands was concluded in 1971, and the international community became increasingly aware of the importance and urgency of strengthening the conservation and restoration of wetlands and promoting the rational use of wetlands. The focus on wetlands also extends from waterfowl habitats to conservation and rational use, wetland ecosystem protection and management,basing on wetland system resource survey and evaluation of planning work, has become a hot research at home and abroad, but there is still a lack of unified theory on the macro-scale and multi-dimensional evaluation and planning of wetland system.Chang'an wetland is an important part of urban and rural ecological system in Xi'an city.It plays a crucial strategic role in maintaining Chang'an regional ecological security,upgrading urban cultural taste, improving living environment and supporting urban and rural economic development. In recent 10 years, the Chang'an District economic development speed, the scale of urban construction has expanded, which challenges the wetland resources protection. How to maintain the wetland landscape in Chang'an city and keep its natural and primitive landscape, at the macro scale of urban and rural wetlands, is an important subject in the urban and rural development process of Chang'an District of realizing the sustainable utilization of wetland resources by further excavating the wetland service functions.Aiming to resolve the above-mentioned problem of wetland system planning, this paper draws the following conclusions through literature analysis, practical investigation,theoretical research and other methods.(1) The total area of the wetland in Chang'an District of Xi'an is 4130.63 hm2, which,according to the survey of wetland resources, is divided into four categories: river wetland,lake wetland, marsh wetland and constructed wetland.(2) This study divided the wetland resource in Chang'an District of Xi'an into three functional regions: the northern urban water scenic area, the central plain water network area and the southern mountainous water source area. At the same time, the wetland protection,restoration, rational utilization and community building were established. Of the wetland system planning, and according to local conditions, we also put forward the construction ofthe priority projects.
