With the continuous development of manufacturing industry, labor cost becomes increasingly higher. So production lines of the enterprise should be improved. The economy and the reliability of production lines, which are improved, are the focus of attention. The processing equipment of crankshaft automatic production line, the machining process and processing quality of work piece should be uniformly monitored for the economy and the reliability. The monitoring is convenient to identify fault of work piece process and shorten the debugging period and downtime of equipment. At the same time, it can reasonably control quality deviation. So the production efficiency of work piece is raised, and production cycle is shortened. What's more, the quality of production is raised. In addition, labor condition is improved. The number and the floor space of production machines are reduced. The work cost is reduced. The proportionality of production process is guaranteed. So the important guaranty of the reliability of automatic production line is processing line monitoring management system.The crankshaft automatic production line, based on foreign equipments, has higher automation degree, and the monitoring management is very perfect. But the production cost is high, and the flexibility of production line is insufficient. At the same time, it is difficult to adapt the production requirement of multi variety series products. Therefore, domestic crankshaft manufacturing enterprises import correlating working procedure with matching domestic advanced numerical control equipment. Compared with overseas equipment, the integration and intelligent level of domestic numerical control equipment are not high. So the collection and transmission of all data of crankshaft automatic monitoring system are difficult to realize.According to the crankshaft renovation line 13 of Tianrun Ltd, the automatic monitoring system is researched. According to the information system planning and the function automatic monitoring system, crankshaft process automatic monitoring system is expounded in detail. The theory of integrate IT application with industrialization and comparison method are applied to optimize data collection method and automatic equipment of domestic monitoring management system. An automatic production line of crankshaft process is implemented by mainly using domestic equipment. The obvious economic and social benefits are obtained. At the same time, the crankshaft process automatic monitoring management system has reached the international advanced level. It is conducive to informatization promotion.In the third chapter, according to information system planning and the correlation theory of automatic monitoring management system, crankshaft process automatic monitoring system is expounded in detail. The objective and strategy of company are explained. The current situation is analyzed. The plan of crankshaft process automatic monitoring management system is proposed. According to the management strategy, implementary plan and funding budget of company, the feasibility of the plan is verified.In the four chapter, according to theory of integrate IT application with industrialization, informatization drives production automation, and production automation promotes informatization. Comparative analysis method is applied to analyze and evaluate the equipment and the plan for optimizing the details of the overall plan. In optimization, the integration of monitoring management system, the implementation of monitoring management system and the optimization design of monitoring management system and talent team construction are expounded in detail. Due to optimization, the program and risk of the plan are resolved.At last, According to design and optimization, the layout construction of crankshaft process automatic line is successfully carried out. The design and development of monitoring management system are guaranteed. At the same time, the relevant economic and social benefits are analyzed.In this paper, there are two innovation points. According to theoretical research and the optimization of the plan, the crankshaft process automatic production line, which mainly uses domestic equipment, is implemented. At the same time, a thorough monitoring management system is integrated into crankshaft process automatic line. In addition, the automatic line and data collection of domestic equipment are optimized. The highlight of this paper is that draw-out type feeding mechanism, air cache platform and the crankshaft online detector are designed.
