In our country the terrain situation is complex and the climatic conditions are changeable.Typhoons,floods and other disasters have always been some important hidden dangers to the safety of people's lives and property.In recent years,with the rapid development of water conservancy reform,water security has been raised to national strategy in the 12 th Five-Year Plan of Water Conservancy.It has comprehensively promoted the construction of water conservancy infrastructure and constantly sublimated the concept of water management.As a non-engineering flood control measure,the development of hydrological information automatic monitoring system has the advantages of short development period,less investment and high benefit,so it has been favored by many countries.Considering the basic reservoir water security problem in our country,at the same time focusing on the main line of water conservancy "13th Five-Year" plan,combining with the present situation of reservoir dam safety monitoring system,aiming at the weak link in the development of water conservancy in our province,this paper presents the design of a hydrological information automatic monitoring system of Fenhe Reservoir II.Through the combination of sensor technology,mechanics of communication,computer technology and other disciplines,the real-time collection and transmission of monitoring hydrological information in Fenhe Reservoir II are completed and this system can support flood control and drought prevention and drought control decision-making and optimal scheduling management.The hydrological information automatic monitoring system of Fenhe Reservoir ?is divided into hardware and software parts.The hardware part mainly includes the acquisition terminal of telemetric station,the control core of telemetric station and the wireless transmission configuration.Acquisition terminal sensor contain rainfall,weather,water level,water temperature information.The control core select ultra-low power and powerful MSP4305438 A Single Chip Micyoco,with GPRS wireless transmission module to complete the telemetric station to the central station data transmission.The software part mainly includes the control program of the telemetric station and the software program of the upper computer of the central station,respectively described from these aspects of the main program design,the rainfall data collection program,the water level and water temperature data acquisition program,the central station software development platform,database and system functions.After the system was put into use,getting good results,analyzing the collected data of hydrological parameters,and obtaining the Rainfall distribution in observation period of Fenhe Reservoir?.In the contrast test of the optimal water level meter,according to the statistical results,the pressure water level meter is selected as the most suitable sensor for water level monitoring of Fenhe Reservoir II,and the daily average water level is calculated and the daily water level process line is drawn.The water temperature data provide an important basis for exploring the annual,seasonal and intra-day variation of vertical surface water temperature in Fenhe Reservoir II.The results show that the vertical surface water temperature distribution of Fenhe Reservoir II presents obvious seasonal variation law,which accords with the characteristics of stratified reservoir surface temperature layer.In autumn and winter,the surface water bodies temperature evenly distributed,in spring and summer,there was a sudden increase of water temperature in the water layer of 1-2 meters,established a regression model,there was a good linear correlation between the air temperature and the surface water temperature,and in different seasons,the influence scope of air temperature on the surface water temperature was different,as the air temperature rose,the diurnal amplitude of surface water temperature became larger,and the depth of influence also became larger.The hydrological information automatic monitoring system of Fenhe Reservoir II has the characteristics of high real-time,low power consumption,accurate data,convenient operation and low cost.It greatly facilitates the water conservancy department to understand the hydrological information in time,to reduce unnecessary losses,to give full play to its advantages in science and technology,to save human resources,to ensure the safe operation of the reservoir,to improve the scientific nature of flood prevention and drought relief in the reservoir and optimize the decision of dispatching,and to give full play to the water management capacity of the reservoir's water mains.It also plays an important role in improving the utilization rate of water resources,which provides a demonstration for the promotion of hydrological information monitoring system in different watersheds in our province.
