Interior Design Of Long Rental Apartment Based On Industrialization Theory And Application Research

With the development of economy and people's living standard,the post-industrial era 4.0 is coming.The cycle replacement of modernism design trend and social demand makes the industrialization mode originated from Europe in the early 20 th century have positive practical significance in the new architectural industrialization era.As a result of the new collisions between the field of industrial design and architectural design,the architectural design and the interior design,the internal installation industrialization pattern emerges at the right moment.At the same time,the traditional housing model of our country has gradually changed into the present mode of apartment leasing.Based on the problems in the renovation of interior space of traditional buildings,a comparative analysis of the five models of design,production,construction,demolition and renewal,and management was carried out in this paper.In order to establish and analyze the trend of the theory system and the application process of the new long-term rental apartments in our country.The design and research methods and the basic principles of the construction method in system theory,modular module design,department of product system and information intelligence were put forward in this paper.This paper tries to supplement and perfect the restriction and development in the industrialization of our country,and applies it to the indoor space of long-term rental apartments.The level of construction industrialization in our country as a whole is still lagging behind.It can promote the popularization of internal industrialization for the real estate industry and the country "equal rights for home tenants and owners ",and it is also another force in the development of industrialization in our country.It is one of the key points of this paper to discuss the theoretical system and the feasibility of design practice of the internal-fitting industrialization in the long-term rental apartments in this paper.First,in Chapter 2,the theoretical basis of internal industrialization is reviewed,and its theoretical characteristics and core support theory are analyzed.At the same time,in Chapter 3,this paper summarizes the development of long-term rental apartments at home and abroad combining with the theory system of internal industrialization.Secondly,in Chapter 4,the author puts forward a concrete inquiry into the theory reform system of the industrialization of long-term rental apartments in the new era,discusses the expression of design,including the virtual construction and module design of BIM,and the eight parts of the design strategy of the long-term rental apartments.The production,installation and later maintenance management processes are analyzed and studied.Again,in Chapter 5,according to the theoretical reform system of internalization,and the analysis of the design cases of domestic and foreign outstanding apartments,we can learn from the outstanding feasibility.Thus,the design cases of implementation and application in domestic longterm rental apartments are simulated and demonstrated.
