The primary task of the preventive maintenance work according to fleet characteristics of fault data, establish the fleet, the reliability of the data model to determine a suitable interval maintenance interval or a performance assessment. Aiming at the failure data of a fleet B737 NG ACM aircraft, based on the Weibull distribution, and Kolmogorov test is used to establish the reliability model of the fleet, determine the interval of the ACM performance evaluation, the late practice shows that the model has good consistency.With the guidance of the MSG-3 B737 NG maintenance plan is the foundation of the airlines to arrange maintenance task, but the plane design, experimental conditions and the actual operation of the difference of environment, maintenance, technical ability, often lead to some unplanned replacement parts. Therefore, in order to improve the reliability of its fleet, the airline the concrete operation process, still need to learn from the fleet of unplanned changing data, optimizing the fleet reliability data model, according to the characteristics of the different parts, in case that could satisfy the requirement of maintenance scheme, reasonable determination of the performance evaluation of the controls when the interval, improve the reliability of the overall aircraft operation.How to collect accurate data and determine the components reliability function is the key to determine the performance evaluation interval. The present study reliability function mainly has widely Weibull distribution, exponential distribution, normal distribution and lognormal distribution, the Weibull distribution is more widely used in the field of aviation maintenance. In view of that, this thesis uses the least squares method to estimate the parameters of Weibull distribution, on the basis of the method of using Kolmogorov test, verify the validity of the distribution model, the conversion of a fleet of air conditioning system ACM data, built the fleet reliability data model of ACM, and connecting with the working principle of ACM, determines the ACM performance evaluation interval, and the assessment method.
