Investigation On Elevator Safety Supervision In Luyi County

With the development of modern cities, the elevator has been a frequently used special equipment in people's daily life as well as in their workplaces. According to statistics, the number of elevators across the country has been over 4000,000 by June 2016. However, the consequential casualties caused by the elevator accident often happen. The safety of the elevator is closely related to people's life and the property security. The safety of the elevator operation has become the focus of social attention. So it is of great urgency to improve the supervisory system and thus to ensure the safety of the elevator operation. Improving supervisory system which is beneficial to the healthy development of the elevator industry can fasten the development of economy and is of great importance to the social harmony and stability.This paper studies the elevator safety of Luyi County from the view of Public Administration. The author tries to learn some experience of supervision from the foreign countries, analyzes the elevator safety on the theory of accident causal chain theory and puts forwards the corresponding strategies, so as to ensure the safe operation of the elevators in Luyi County and to reduce the elevator accidents.The first chapter is the introductory part that mainly introduces the research background, the research significance, foreign and domestic research status, research content and research methods, etcThe second chapter is the theoretical basis of the elevator supervisory system, which mainly deals with the related concepts and theoretical basis.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the elevator operation in Luyi County.The author points out the problems of the elevator in the process of supervision, inspection, operation, maintenance and other aspects.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the problems in the process of supervision, inspection, operation, maintenance and other aspects.The fifth chapter puts forwards the corresponding strategies. The author suggests that measures should be taken to enhance the ability of supervising, to innovate inspection mechanism, to strengthen the user's sense of responsibility, to improve the link of maintenance and to perfect relevant laws and regulations as well as the technical support.The last chapter summarizes and refines the research conclusions of this paper, which includes the main conclusions of this study and limitations of this paper.
