As an important influencing factor in the construction of the NATM, monitoring technology plays an important role in the information construction of tunnel and the safety of construction. This paper to the crane large high-speed Xinglin tunnel as the engineering background, under the analysis of tunnel with tunnel face excavation based on deformation law of surrounding rock, for tunnel monitoring and measuring the section set principles and to monitor the amount of measurement data processing technology. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the content and the basic method of monitoring technology in tunnel construction, Summarize the setting principle of monitoring section of the tunnel and arrangement of measuring points,monitoring data processing method and Influencing factors of stability of surrounding rock,criterion for stability of surrounding rock.(2)According to the monitoring data of monitoring forest tunnel construction measuring section analysis,Study and analysis of deformation law on the face of surrounding rock after excavation and deformation of support system,ensure monitoring sections in pertinence and rationality, and put forward the tunnel safety warning index of the Xinglin tunnel.(3)In the Xinglin tunnel as the project background, using the finite element software MIDAS/GTS, the three-dimensional tunnel analysis model is established to simulate the deformation law of surrounding rock and support system under different buried depth and different surrounding rock level.This paper uses numerical simulation and field monitoring measurement method, to analyze the deformation law of surrounding rock excavation and shoring process of the Xinglin tunnel, results show,t he deformation of surrounding rock of tunnel is less than theallowable displacement, which meets the requirements of the specification and the surrounding rock is in stable condition. That the construction of the tunnel excavation methods and supporting measures of scientific and reasonable. The results can provide reference for similar projects in the area.
