In the field of disease diagnosis, compared to the traditional method of antibody detection, nucleic acid detection method based on gene chip technology has a great advantage in detection speed, sensitivity and accuracy. The same sample can be used to detect many kinds of diseases at the same time, and the early diagnosis rate will be greatly improved. In the research of gene chip detection system is still in the initial stage in our country, so it is an urgent task to develop a set of detection instrument adapted to nucleic acid detection.This paper mainly does the following work:1, According to the requirement of detection system of motion accuracy and environment, this paper designs a motion control system, and develops the control software, achieves a series of movement process from set chip to scan;2, For the PCR system, to meet the requirements of multi-channel, the temperature rise and down rate and temperature control accuracy, by controlling the temperature of the air medium to achieve PCR hybridization process, the requirements of PCR temperature control of high accuracy and high speed up cooling realized through the PID algorithm and "dual temperature/ independent control" thinking.3,The fluorescent signal detection system is designed based on photomultiplier tube, the fluorescence signal amplification doubled after the photometric detector, the output voltage signal is received by computer through the A/D sampling module, full chip fluorescence signal is received through the two-dimensional scanning platform.Through the design and research, experimental analysis is made in the prototype, the whole moving process is realized, under the condition of 22 degrees centigrade, PCR system in heating and cooling rate reached 5 degrees centigrade per second, the accuracy of temperature control to ensure in the range of 1 degrees centigrade, the optimized PCR wind field uniformity meet the design requirements, verify the principle of fluorescence detection system designed correctly, laid the foundation for the development of the detector.
