Along with the advance of science and technology,bus air-conditioning temperature control technology has developed rapidly and the traditional ways couldn't meet the higher demand of the passengers for better comfort and stability.It is difficult to isolate the inside from external circumstances of the bus strictly so that the influences always exist.And adjusting the temperature in accordance with the bus inside temperature variety in real time is becoming a crucial factor that influencing the control performance of the air-conditioning system.The design in this paper is optimized for the control of air-conditioning and heating system of the bus.First of all,the composition of the system are introduced and then by comparing the results of the simulation model established by Matlab and using the fuzzy rules,the paper establishes the control algorithm which can adjust the PID parameters online in real time,and place the fuzzy PID control table into memory,only need to check the table operation can complete the processing of temperature data,greatly saving the system running time,reflecting the characteristics of real-time control.Air-conditioning and heating system based on master-slaver structure has a clear task division.The lower computer is responsible for temperature acquisition and motor control.And control of the algorithms as well as the temperature display are responsible by upper computer.The upper computer and the next bit machine via the CAN Bus realize real-time Interaction.The main innovate point of the paper is that ?C/OS-? is ported to the upper computer.And applications run on the operating system in the form of the task then according to the priority of the tasks dispatch and manage them,which is not affected each other.And in this way,the computing performance of the system can be improved.In this paper,the fuzzy PID control algorithm,the embedded operating system,CAN Bus technology was successfully used in the optimization control of bus car air conditioning heating system,improved the temperature control accuracy,accelerate the process of bus passenger car air conditioning temperature intelligent control.
