The data bus with fault tolerance is one of the critical problems firstly to be solved in the design of distributed control system. TTP/C is a kind of time trigger based data bus, which has the characteristics of strict time certainty, high security and reliability, making it very suitable for security key areas such as aeronautics and astronautics. On the basis of a thorough research on the TTP/C protocol, a TTP/C bus controller has been designed based on Zynq and the tests of the designed controller were carried out in this thesis.A feasible scheme of TTP/C bus controller was proposed based on the TTP/C protocol and the Zynq platform, which has programmable logic unit and dual core processor unit. The data link layer was realized by the programmable logic unit and protocol processing was realized by CPU1 while CPU0 was reserved for application processing. The detail design of the redundant bus transceiver module, time trigger module, the cluster starting module, clock synchronization module, independent BG module and the TTP/C top level protocol processing module was realized in this thesis.Based on the designed TTP/C controller, test node with communication function was designed, and a test platform was built with four test nodes to verify the functions of the cluster starting, clock synchronization, membership consistency and fault tolerant.Based on the testing node, the function interface unit was supplemented to constitute the intelligent nodes of the aero-engine distribution control system. A control system containing 4 TTP/C bus intelligent nodes have been set up and the Hardware-in-Loop simulation test of inner loop of metering valve position and outer loop of revolving speed status has been developed.In this thesis, the design of the TTP/C bus controller has the characteristics of high integration and strong extensibility.The test result validates the feasibility of the designed TTP/C bus controller in the application of aero-engine distribution system.
