With the development of technology of information and electronics, the weapons of our army haven't been able to meet requirement of future war. This paper puts forward a method on complicated controlling arms systems, such as cannons, archibalds. The project can automates and interlinks current weapons through digital network.This paper particularizes the total scheme of the system and design of network, the software and hardware composing of the firepower/ reconnoitre node which bases on AVR SCM and Altera FPGA, the design of drive program under Windows platform, the debugging conclusions of some of the functions. The paper doesn't only explain some pivotal technologies, for example keyboard input, LCD display, three kinds of communication, program flow and task management of AVR SCM, module management of node ,and so on, but analyses the experiment results and gives some suggestions as well.
