| Safety is the eternal theme of civil aviation. With the substantial increase in air traffic, air transport safety management faces greater challenges. The control of accidents is the core work of the safety management, one of the important work is investigation and analysis of aviation accidents. That’s mean through the accident investigation to find the vulnerability of safety, and then solve it. Abroad has attached great importance to the accident investigation and research work. Every advanced aviation country has more than one accident database, which provide a lot of valuable data in aviation operational safety and aircraft design. Domestic aviation accident investigation and research work just has been carried out, and explored the establishment methods of database. but studies and applications for crashworthiness have not been involved. After learned from the advanced experience of foreign countries’ transport aviation accident investigation. The author carried out the study and application of the civil aviation accident investigation system. Focus on crash accidents to establish a database, and then put into two aspects uses: 1.Statistical analysis the parameters which affect the survival rate of accident crew in database to determine which impact parameters affect the survival of the crew most, and then get the dropping survival envelope. 2. Use the dynamic parameters as input conditions in finite element simulation to study energy-absorbing structures, based on the results to put forward a number of recommendations for improvement. This paper is a basic civil aircraft crashworthiness accident research. Some of achievements would have significance effect on improvement of China’s aviation operational safety and aircraft structural design level. |
