Crane hoisting a wide range of applications in various fields, and plays an important role in national economic construction. With the continuous development of the crane hoisting industry, crane hoisting gradually large, heavy-duty, hoisting environment becomes complicated. As these changes of crane hoisting safety problem has become the hoisting process is one of the important considerations. Therefore, in order to solve the potential safety problems in the process of hoisting,In this paper, crane truck selection, crane modeling and simulation, collision detection in the virtual assembly three aspects are studied, And simulation experiment was carried out by three kinds of actual situation. In this paper, the research content is as follows:(1) Truck crane selection research. Research and Analysis of truck crane technology parameters?Crane hoisting technological process and truck crane hoisting process basic operation, for the selection of the crane and hoisting simulation to lay a good foundation. By analyzing the factors that influence the selection of truck cranes, proposed lifting performance calculator, crane jib and hoisting objects distance calculation complete truck crane selection.(2) Based on Webots crane modeling and simulation. Study Webots simulation software in a virtual three-dimensional scene hoisting built, the node structure and Crane main attribute parameters in Webots simulation environment.
