With the rapid expansion of urbanization,the consumption of building energy is increasing,and the gap between the day and night load of the power grid is gradually becoming larger.Energy storage technology plays an important role in balancing the peak and valley load of the power grid,and has gradually attracted attention and praise.The stability,efficiency and safety of ice storage air conditioning system are the focus of the design and operation of ice storage air conditioning system.Packaged air conditioning system has a simple structure,flexible etc,and spherical capsules ice storage system is one of the most common form,but as a result of the spherical encapsulated module low specific surface area,the ice storage cold quantity increase slowly,in the late attenuated fast efficiency,cold storage quantity loss is bigger,so it is necessary to develop a high storage density,high specific surface area,cold storage speed of new encapsulated ice storage equipment.This paper presents a new type of ice storage equipment with sealed bag,which can increase the storage speed and density.The thickness of the packaging layer of the new type of encapsulated bag ice storage equipment developed in this paper is far less than that of the ice puck and ice plate.At the same time,due to the flexibility of the sealing bag,under the condition of controlling the filling degree,there is no need to set up an air layer to prevent the water solidification phase change expansion caused by the rupture,reducing the thermal resistance of the air layer.The flexibility of the bag also promotes the disturbance in the bag during the flow of refrigerant,which strengthens the convection heat transfer,and the cost of the bag is smaller than that of the ice plate type and the spherical capsules type.In this paper,the encapsulated bag type ice storage equipment is made.There are encapsulated bag equipment with different specific surface area and different structure.A small ice storage experimental platform is built for the test.The feasibility of the sealed bag ice storage equipment was studied from the cold storage capacity and cold storage speed.Through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,it is found that in the early stage of ice storage,the ice storage speed is faster,and the ice speed on the inner surface of the ice increases faster,but with the increase of the ice thickness,the ice as thermal conductivity resistance also increases faster,and the heat transfer speed decreases sharply,During the cold storage of the spherical capsules.The developed packing bag has a large specific surface area and a small thickness,so it can realize fast cold storage under the same conditions.According to the simulation results,the average cold storage speed of the 150 g cross indentation bag is about three times that of spherical capsules type.Through to the new development of ice storage equipment for filling the ice storage and ice hockey type cold storage experiments contrast,found that the same working conditions,reached the theoretical maximum hockey type of cool storage quantity of cool storage quantity of 67%,compared with the surface area of 120 g per bag and flawless bag of cool storage quantity reached 82%,100 g and 150 g per bag and flawless bag for each bag of cool storage quantity reached 100% and 85% respectively,while the 150 g per bag is 11% higher than that of the spherical encapsulated type.According to the cold storage experiments of the designed cross indentation bag and the one-shape indentation bag,the cold storage speed of each bag with a mass of 100 g is 19% and8% higher than that of the non-indentation bag,respectively.Compared with the nonindentation bag,the cooling storage speed of 120 g bag is increased by 107% and 117%,respectively.Compared with the non-indentation bag,the cooling storage speed of 150 g bag is increased by 91% and 110%.According to the cold storage experiment of the layered nonindentation bag and the cross indentation bag designed,the cold storage speed of each bag with a mass of 100 g is increased by-8% and 20% respectively compared with the non-indentation bag.Compared with non-indentation bags,the cooling storage speed of 120 g bag is increased by 106% and 190%,respectively.Compared with non-indentation bags,the cooling storage speed of 150 g bag is increased by 56% and 128%,respectively.In several kinds of cold storage experiments designed for packing bags,the group with the highest average cooling storage speed is the cross indentation bag group with laminated structure,and the group with the highest average cooling storage speed is the cross indentation bag with laminated structure with the mass of 120 g per bag.From the point of view of experiment,the development of sealed bag is feasible,and it has great reference value for encapsulated cold storage system.
