Research On The AB Airline Safety Management System Risk Evaluation

As the international civil aviation organization(ICAO) build and implement the global civil aviation industry in the safety management system(SMS), countries are responding.China's civil aviation also began the exploration of the SMS, in hainan airlines- since 2005,to 2012 requires that all civil aviation company, has made certain achievements. But compared with developed countries, there are many defects, and become a hot problem urgently to be solved in China's civil aviation.Based on this, in this paper, the AB airlines launched the implementation of the SMS,research, adopt the method of field survey, individual interview, combining with the basis of safety management theory, the present situation of the implementation of the SMS and insufficiency, the cause of in-depth analysis. At the same time, in the process of analyzing the present situation of the company SMS implementation, using the quantitative analysis method.The invited experts and scholars to build the security risk rating index system, model synthesis method(AHP) is used to determine the weights. Conclusion AB airlines from the current implementation of the SMS is not optimistic, at a higher risk level, especially the safety of the aircraft management is not ideal. Draw lessons from the United States, the European Union, Canada, in the establishment and implementation of the SMS advanced experience, combined with the actual situation of AB airlines, to construct and implement the SMS for its future put forward the objective, relevant countermeasures and Suggestions, in order to have a certain practical significance. In addition, the company in the future implementation of the new SMS schedule and safeguard measures are put forward, in order to make every effort to the research conclusion is feasible.
