The Research On The Evaluation Indicator System Of Airdrome Safety Management

Civil aviation includes three important parts, airdrome, airways, and air traffic control. China's airdrome serves the airways and nearly concerts the traffic control.And airdrome, airways, air traffic control bring the civil aviation traffic to success together. The China's civil airdrome plays an important role in the safety of the civil aviation, and China government also pays much attention to the airdrome safety management.On the basis of the important of the airdrome safety management, this paper researches on the evaluation indicator system of airdrome safety management, and it also discusses the airdrome safety management evaluation model.Firstly, this paper studies on the status in safety management of the civil aviation airdrome, includes the structure of the airdrome, the airdrome accidents and airdrome safety management, and so on. Secondly, based on the principle and step of setting up an indicator system, the analysis of the airdrome accidents and safety management, the paper set up an indicator system for evaluating the airdrome safety management. Thirdly, based on the feature of the airdrome safety management evaluation, and the research on the models, it chooses the DHGF (the Meta-synthesis of improved Delphi, analytic Hierarchy process, Grey interconnection degree and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluating) model, and analyses the advantage of the model.Then, based on the DHGF model, it takes a domestic airdrome as an example to establish an evaluation model of airdrome safety management, and calculate the result. At last, it analyses the effectiveness and the reliability of the DHGF model. This paper is helpful for perfect the airdrome safety management system and the airdrome safety function in the civil aviation, also, it is guidable to establish the airdrome safety management system. Hence, this paper is of great practical value to the airdrome safety management.
