Stirling engine is the core part which is disc type solar power generation system system implementation by the heat energy to kinetic energy and drives the generator to produce electricity.The cylinder system working medium flow characteristics and vibration characteristics of inclined plate of actuator performance is the key of the power system reliable and efficient work,and Stirling engine vibration may cause loose brackets, gas cylinder working medium leakage and cylinder piston life expectancy and a series of serious problems.Based on the 38 k W level disc type power generation system adopted by the Stirling heat engine,which is researching by Hunan Electric Group, it carry out its cylinder system and swash plate vibration characteristic analysis of transmission mechanism and reduce vibration of simple structural parameters optimization on the transmission mechanism for the purpose.The main research contents include:First of all,it is based on the FLUENT6.3 software platform,selecting standard turbulence model of k-?,setting up Stirling engine working medium single entity model, after setting the corresponding heat flow boundary and simulated dynamic meshing boundary of piston movement,and numerical simulation of the Stirling engine working medium gas flow process,it get the three-dimensional unsteady flow dynamic characteristic of the working medium.It is concluded that the working medium in the cylinder disorder flow is the one important reason for the Stirling engine vibration, and at the same time,the changed working medium of thrust will also affect the stability of the Stirling engine transmission mechanism as power input source.Secondly, monitoring of key nodes in the cylinder of working medium flow data,and on the Fourier change,the working medium pressure pulsation frequency mainly concentrated in 10 ~ 50 Hz,while the flow pulsation is in 10~50 Hz and200~250Hz.At the same time,inertia moment need on the spindle design appropriate quality system to make the cylinder by moment equilibrium,and the reciprocating movement of the piston component inertial force does not affect overall Stirling engine vibration.Working medium gas forces in the process of expansion compression have vibration impact on the piston end face.Thirdly, it is based on the modeling method of Lagrange though laser multibody structure vibration,establishing a Stirling engine vibration differential equation,using Matlab to solution and than obtained: Stirling engine inclined dish of transmission mechanism and the natural frequencies are present approximate sine periodic changes,and the third order natural frequency and the second order and fourth order natural frequency of 150 Hz and 250 Hz in a coincidence, and it will make the transmission system of oscillations. At the same time,it points out that the 1 component of piston reciprocating vibration and the second column deflection vibration of side slide block is mainly vibration form of Swash plate transmission mechanism caused by variable piston force.Lastly,taking Stirling engine vibration response amplitude size as objective function, using numerical analytical method to optimization design for the relevant structure of the inclined plate transmission mechanism. It shows that when choosing Swash plate radius of 151 mm, radius of hemisphere sliding boots is 24 mm, piston component quality is 2.6 kg, hemisphere sliding boots quality is 1.4 kg, swash plate angle is 25.4 ° that the Swash plate transmission mechanism of the vibration amplitude is smaller.
