High pressure plunger pump as one of the "neck" fields,to realize the autonomous controllable has become an urgent need.High pressure variable piston pump can be well matched with the load,has a good energy-saving effect,is an important carrier of high power transmission.How to realize partial independent forward design of variables,fully analyze the force of swash plate,master its vibration characteristics,and reduce flow pressure pulsation and noise have become one of the important contents in the development of high pressure piston pump.This study takes swash plate,the core component of variable mechanism of piston pump,as the research object,and focuses on its dynamic characteristics to carry out research on swash plate response speed,swash plate vibration frequency,swash plate torque,swash plate amplitude,etc.,to master the characteristics of force and torque of swash plate,analyze the mechanism of swash plate vibration,analyze the influence of swash plate vibration on the output characteristics of hydraulic system,and master the methods to suppress swash plate vibration.It lays a foundation for the forward design of variable driven mechanism.The research results have certain theoretical and engineering application value.Based on the current situation of reverse engineering of piston pump in China and the demand of forward development,this paper firstly carries out swashplate dynamics analysis on swashplate piston pump,and establishes the universal swashplate dynamics mathematical model.The active torque equation of the plunger on the swash plate was derived,including the mathematical model of the inertia torque of the plunger slipper assembly and the hydraulic torque at the bottom of the plunger.The force and torque characteristics of the plunger on the swash plate were mastered,and the vibration mechanism of the swash plate under alternating forces was analyzed.Taking the structure of A10 V variable pump as an example,the mathematical model of swash plate supporting stiffness was established,and the parameters affecting the stability of swash plate were analyzed.Then the AMEsim model of the plunger pump is built,which mainly simulates the torque of the swash plate inside the plunger pump,studies the influence of the hydraulic system pressure and the Angle of the swash plate on the torque of the swash plate,and verifies with the mathematical model.Then,through the simulation of variable pump AMEsim model,the vibration characteristics of swash plate under external force are studied,and the dynamic behavior of the output pressure flow characteristics of the plunger pump is mastered during the process of swash plate variable.Finally,the variable mechanism parameters connected with the swash plate are optimized to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the swash plate,and how to suppress the vibration of the swash plate in the plunger pump and speed up the response of variables is studied.The direction of dynamic characteristic optimization of the swash plate was summarized,and the simulation results of the simulation model were compared with the mathematical analysis of the swash plate supporting stiffness to verify the correctness of the model and the ability of the model to independently design the variable mechanism.In order to verify the validity and correctness of the analysis work,a plunger pump experimental platform was built according to the research objectives to test the pressure pulsation at the outlet of the plunger pump.The influence of swash plate vibration on the pressure pulsation was analyzed by using the dot plot,which basically proved the correctness of the mathematical model and the simulation model.Based on the research and analysis results of this paper,it can provide the necessary theoretical basis and analysis method for the design of variable mechanism of piston pump,and also has important reference value for the suppression of swash plate vibration and noise,so as to lay the foundation for the forward development design,and further promote the independent and controllable process of the development of piston pump.
