| Stirling thermal power technology of dish solar has being gradually mature fornearly30years, which has the advantages of high photoelectric conversion efficiency,clean and green, and flexible use, and has been got a lot of society attention andresearch applications. Swash-plate double-acting Stirling engines are the core powerequipment in dish solar thermal power generation system, whose performance is oneof the key factors affecting the performance of the overall system power.In this paper, a swash-plate Stirling engine of power25kW, speed1500rev/minfor dish solar power plant is preliminarily designed, and through MATLAB andADAMS softwares, the performance of Stirling engine is analyzed. the main researchis as follows:According to the working conditions, the main structure size of the various partsof the swash plate drive mechanism of Stirling engine is designed, such as piston,hemispherical slipper, swash plate, guide posts, slider, shoe seating etc. Thecomponents is checked by the strength formula.According to the conditions demand,the parameters are determined, which areabout working fluid circulating pressure, frequency conditions, piston stroke and bore,heat exchange system useless volume. Numerical analysis for the motioncharacteristics of the engine on the rated conditions by MATLAB software aredone.The influence of the Stirling engine output torque and thermal efficiency bysome factors is researched and analyzed, such as the working fluid circulatingpressure, hot end temperature, swept volume and unhelpful volume.The kinematics and kinetic theory analysis on the swash plate drive mechanismare done. Some characteristics are researched and analyzed by combining with thevirtual simulation software ADAMS, such as the movement of the piston, the pistonforce characteristics, contact force characteristics between hemispherical slipper andswash plate, the force of slider and the guide post, the output shaft torquecharacteristics, and the overall mechanical efficiency.Considering the various errors of swash plate drive mechanism in manufacturing and installation process, and combining with MATLAB and ADAMS software, theinfluence of the major performance of Stirling engine are mainly analyzed by axialpiston integrated errors, piston distribution radius errors, piston distribution angleerrors, and friction factors between swash plate and hemispherical shoe. |
