The helicopters, aircraft engines and other rotating machinery need to transfer data and power between the rotating side and the fixed side. the data and power are usually transmitted by a number of separated coils, which not only affects the stability of the system, but also greatly increases the failure rate of the system. Therefore, it is important to improve the efficiency of production. This paper will focus on the study of the transmission of data and power through a coil in a rotating machine. The data signal also be transmitted with high quality when the power can be stably transmitted.This paper put forward a feasible scheme for the system, and theoretical and simulation analysis of the technical route of the research are carried out at the same time. In this paper, the structure of the single loop transmission system is composed of three parts, which is the power channel, the coupling channel and the signal channel. According to the relevant theory of contactless power transmission,theoretical modeling and magnetic circuit of loosely coupled transformer is analyzed. By using Maxwell Ansoft electromagnetic simulation software to simulate the 3D static magnetic field, the influence of air gap on the power transmission efficiency and reliability of data transmission was analyzed. The leakage inductance compensation for non contact power transmission and the theory of high frequency inverter topology are analyzed. A loose coupled double resonance circuit model is proposed, and the relevant theoretical research is carried out to obtain the conditions for the maximum power transfer of the contactless power transmission.Secondly, the power transmission channel is studied, and the design of the channel circuit is mainly carried out. In the end, the paper designs the coupling circuit to realize the coupling of data and power signal. At the same time, the paper designs the modulation circuit based on BFSK and the PLL based on CD4046.Through the construction of the experimental platform,experiment were carried out on the transmission of data and power through a single coil.The results shows that: The baseband signal is modulated and then injected into the power transmission channel through the coupling circuit. The power and signal can be separated through a coupling circuit successfully, and the base band signal can be recovered through demodulation.
