The Research Of Inductively Coupled Power And Signal Transmission Technology

With the rapid development of power electronics technology,non-contact power and signal transmission technology become a hot topic in the downhole device detection and control,human implantable device charging and data transfer.Non contact power and signal transmission technology can also realize data transmission in the electricity transmission,can overcome the drawbacks of traditional wired power supply electric spark caused by.In this paper,based on electromagnetic induction technology to design a space using inductive coupling type electric rate high energy and signal transmission system.The system structure of the design is composed of a power supply terminal,electromagnetic coupling structure,load end and a peripheral circuit.Supply-side design includes: full-bridge inverter circuit with a single bridge,circuit design,selection and design of air-core coils,the signal modulation circuit design,selection and comparison of the half-bridge inverter circuit design,signal generator;Electromagnetic coupling structure design comprising: selecting core,coil winding mode,select the transmission distance;Load terminal design includes: the design of bridge rectifier circuit can and multistage voltage regulator circuit,design of signal demodulation circuit,detection circuit and a comparison circuit.According to the design of experimental platform is constructed,the debugging and the experiment data recording system.The experimental results shows that the relationship between transmission power and electromagnetic coupling coil diameter,coil inductance,transmission distance,frequency.Inductive coupling type electric energy and signal transmission system in some special field has broad space for development,able to complete the traditional electric not completing tasks,at the same time to complete the data transmission function,has the advantages of saving cost,large space utilization.
