Abstract/Summary:
Wireless power transfer is a new type of power transmission technology,which mainly realizes power transmission through electromagnetic induction and radio frequency.Currently,wireless power transfer technology is widely used in the fields of electric vehicles,medical and health,electronic products,and aerospace.Compared with traditional power transmission methods,this technology is safe,reliable,low-carbon and environmentally friendly,and has more stability and superiority in complex structures such as rotating environments and underwater environments.Therefore,wireless power transfer has received more and more attention.Aiming at the power transmission problem of the data acquisition device and the wireless data transmission device in the aeroengine rotor assembly,this paper adopts the wireless power transfer technology to realize the efficient transmission of electric energy in the rotating environment.The research work is mainly carried out from the following aspects.(1)Based on the basis of electromagnetic theory,this paper studies the physical knowledge,basic principles and transmission process of wireless power transfer.Then,this paper conducts in-depth research and analysis on four types of topology compensation structures of wireless power transfer system: series-series(S-S),series-parallel(S-P),parallel-series(P-S)and parallel-parallel(P-P)types,and select the series-series(S-S)type compensation structure as the target topology finally.(2)In the actual working environment,there are often some unavoidable external factors that cause the coil to undergo lateral or angular misalignment,which will cause changes in the key parameters of the transmission system and significantly increase the energy loss of the transmission system.This paper analyzes the influence of axial offset and radial offset on the transmission efficiency of the system,and adopts the method of adding a magnetic spacer to effectively solve the problem of the reduction of system transmission efficiency in the case of coil misalignment.(3)The PCB coil has a simple structure and is easy to design and manufacture.It is mainly used in occasions that are prone to collision and deformation.It can effectively protect the coil from deformation.Integrating the PCB coil in the wireless power transfer system can effectively solve the problem of coil fixation in rotating equipment.This paper proposes a double-layer parallel coil structure.The coils are placed in parallel at both ends of the PCB through through holes,thereby reducing the coil wire resistance,increasing the coil Q value,and improving the transmission efficiency of the system.(4)In the process of electric energy transmission,the choice of system circuit is also very important to realize the high-efficiency transmission of electric energy.This paper studies and analyzes the high-frequency inverter circuit of the transmitter circuit and the rectifier inverter circuit of the receiver circuit,designs the transmitter circuit and receiver circuit for wireless power transfer,and finally builds a rotating wireless power transfer system platform to realize the efficient power transmission.
