Application Research Of Intelligent Monitoring System In The Entrances And Exits Of Highway Service Area

Our country highway enterprise is developing rapidly, and construction of expressway service area is becoming more and more perfect. The existing monitoring system of service area is not perfect, which can't adapt to the demands of the information development. In view of this, the design and research of intelligent monitoring and control system of service area entrances and exits is important, which has important practical significance for information construction of expressway service area.Firstly, this paper gave an analysis of the research background and significance for the research contents of this article, which introduced the current development of video monitoring system at home and abroad, and pointed out the shortages of our service area video monitoring. And then, this paper expounded the status of service area monitoring and the existing problems to service the overall design of the intelligent monitoring system for the target. And the demand for service gateway intelligent monitoring was analyzed, including monitoring requirements and system functional requirements. The overall design of the system mainly included the monitoring image transmission and the main technical indicators and monitoring equipment, etc. And then, this paper had an analysis and research on key technology of intelligent monitoring system of service area entrances, mainly included the gateway high-definition image capture, license plate recognition and classification models. High-definition image capture part mainly expounded the principles of capturing, equipment, as well as the problems and solutions of capture, license plate recognition and vehicle classification part expounded the key steps of the system, and the method of license plate recognition and vehicle classification basis. On the basis of intelligent monitoring key technology research, service gateway intelligent monitoring system was designed in the engineering case of SanYuan service area, and it described the present situation of project management software and system application. The main function modules of the system are analyzed, and its main function module was expounded in detail, including the business management module, log module, user permissions module and video management module, etc. Finally, based on the design and implementation of service gateway intelligent monitoring system, this paper had the analysis of traffic information data in and out of the service area in order to realize the system requirements, including statistical, vehicle type, high frequency vehicle traffic statistics, and so on.The service area of intelligent monitoring and control system designed by this paper is applied in SanYuan service area. Actual operation shows that the system is running in good condition, and can effectively realize system function demand and obtain and analyze traffic information data in and out of the service area. This can provide good data basis for management department.
