With the rapid development of automobile technology, diesel engine has been widely used in the automobile. However, according to the results of the survey, the diesel engine’s service has not been synchronized development, the relevant professional and technical personnel has been in short supply, therefore, is now more professional institutions to meet market demand, the use of diesel engine test bench as a teaching medium, the relevant theory and practice of curriculum teaching, training of relevant technical personnel. For this purpose, I combine some relevant equipment of our school, for the development of electronic common rail diesel engine experimental platform.In this paper, the research of electronic control common rail diesel engine test bench mainly includes structure display and operation, analysis and detection of oil circuit, fault simulation and detection and other functions. The design of the circuit is mainly to the electronic control common rail fuel system(including low pressure and high pressure circuit) using several fuel pressure control valve, fuel pressure gauge, three- way connector and the external pipe and other components of the fuel system simulation. On the one hand, through the fuel pressure control valve set up the oil circuit fault, on the one hand, through the fuel pressure gauge test system pressure analysis and judgment. Circuit is mainly on the engine electronic control system sensor, actuator and wire harness and so on through the control switch, switch and sensor simulation device and other components circuit fault simulation. Through the control switch to the sensor and the actuator each terminal to carry out the circuit and the short circuit fault the setting simulation also can through the sensor fault simulation device to carry on the fault signal simulation to the partial sensor. In addition, the fault setting area in the control panel is provided with a corresponding special detection hole for the detection and diagnosis of the fault detection and diagnosis of the circuit with the rapid detection of holes.Through the normal operation test and data test of the test rig of electronic controlled common rail diesel engine, the common fault simulation and data test of the engine fuel system and electronic control system, the reliability of each function is verified. |
