| With the continuous development of the automobile industry,the amount of car ownership is increasing,and the environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious.Energy conservation and environmental protection have become the two main themes of today’s social development.In this case,more and more automobile manufacturers are starting to use a large number of energy saving and emission reduction engine technology.Car fuel is no longer pure gasoline.With the continuous development of automotive diesel technology,the high-pressure common rail injection system has made outstanding contributions to the economy,power and noise reduction of diesel engines,and has been applied more widely.After years of research and application of new technology,the status of diesel engine is no longer the same as before.These technologies will further push the diesel engine into the mainstream of vehicle power.The corresponding vehicle maintenance industry technicians must be familiar with the basic structure,basic principles and fault diagnosis process of the diesel common rail engine,so as to provide theoretical basis for solving the malfunction of the diesel common rail engine quickly and accurately in the maintenance work.As an automotive vocational college that trains automobile skilled talents,we will increase the development of related technology training courses and training teaching equipment,so as to meet the needs of personnel in the enterprise market.At present,the test bench designed by the teaching tools factory is very limited and cannot fully meet the needs of teachers.In order to make up for the deficiencies in vehicle training teaching process,improve teaching efficiency,and avoid repeated vehicle failure settings or dismantling,damage to vehicles and prolong the service life of vehicles are achieved.In this thesis,the design and research of a diesel common rail engine fault diagnosis training platform are carried out in combination with some related equipment in our school.On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the technical status and current situation of the related practical training equipment for the common rail diesel engineelectric control system in China and abroad,which proposed the development plan for the Bora 1.9L TDI engine control system of simulation system fault diagnosis experiment design and training platform,mainly from the aspects of production and the fault circuit training bench,control panel drawing,fault point;On the basis of fault simulation method of Bora 1.9L TDI engine control system,we design and develop the control panel,detector terminal,trouble setting button,fault diagnosis interface OBD and movable base frame and other components of the fault diagnosis platform for engine electric control system.And the simulation and demonstration of common faults of electric control system based on diesel common rail engine are realized.It is used to simulate the process of fault diagnosis J317 power relay fault,G70 fault,J17 circuit breaker air flow meter for fuel pump relay circuit breaker fault,G40 Holzer,N240 fault of the fuel injection solenoid valve.The simulation and demonstration of common faults of electronic control system based on diesel common rail engine are realized.The students can set up the fault data acquisition fault analysis and troubleshoot through the training platform.It improves students’ practical ability and provides a positive reinforcement for the social transfer of skilled vocational talents. |
